This has been a busy week at Click For Fitness.
Our first Newsletter this week "5 Steps To Start Your Fitness Program" focused on starting a fitness program and the many benefits such as reducing your risk of chronic disease, improving your balance and coordination, helping you lose weight and improving your sleep habits and self-esteem.
Our second Newsletter this week focused on "Active Vacations" and the CLICK GUIDE (Fun and Free activities for you and your family). Lots of vacations are active, but specifically planning an active vacation means you are looking for an extra measure of physical activity.
We realize finding time for fitness can be tough. The key is making it convenient.
